With 25 plus years in medicine, I have experience in all positions in a medical office from front desk to medical assistant to management. My love for the medical field started in high school and my first front desk position. Through the years I moved into management and practice development. Gaining experience and meeting so many great people along the way. All of these experiences and connections helped in the next step of my career, starting Russell Recruiting, Consulting, and Coaching.

Well versed in all aspects of a medical office and I have a passion for helping offices run as efficiently and effectively as possible with a strong patient focus and helping others looking to further their careers in medicine.
